However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the merchandise to us in good condition within 14 days of the ship date of your order for a full refund excluding shipping fees. Please contact us for a return confirmation number before sending back your item(s).

We give you a full 30 days after the ship date to exchange an item. Exchanged item(s) will be shipped to you promptly once we receive the returned package.
